The house is located on one of the rare street corners of Dale Village, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, 2 2-wheel bikes and 2 3-wheel bikes :-). There is a 3rd bathroom in the exterior shed. The house on the corner has a large plot of land with several palm trees. Fully furnished with all amenities. Dale Village is a safe park with gates, very well maintained and pleasant to walk. Heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, pétanque, club house, several activities are offered to residents. The minimum age to purchase is 55 years old.
